Kawa-kawa Natural Park, a Bicol tourist spot in which the city of Ligao should be proud of. It is a tourist and religious destination which is also known for its eco-tourism activities located in Tuburan, Ligao City. You will find Kawa kawa 2 kilometers (2km) from the heart of the city and 236 meters (236m) high. About meters below its summit is a crater resembles a huge Chinese cooking wok in which the people derived its name “KAWA”.Once you step up to Kawa kawa Natural Park the first thing your eyes can capture was the life size statues of the 14 Stations of the Cross. You will find it very useful and heartwarming once you finish the 14 stations. You can also do some activities there like horseback-riding or enjoy the calm winds and fresh air on top of the hill which offers a breathtaking view of the city.
